The brewery build-out is moving along well. We have some walls and ceilings painted and the floor tile installation is proceeding well. Next up are plumbing of water, natural gas, glycol lines and the steam boiler. It is looking less like a warehouse and more like a brewery every day!
This is a view of the cellar area from the mezzanine above the brewhouse. Tile installation is moving ahead nicely. The field tile is hexagonal, framed by rectangular tiles along the floor drain in the center and along the walls.
Here is a close-up of the floor drain detail. None of the grout is installed yet.
Here is a shot showing the perimeter detail, including the cove tile on the walls and the rectangular tiles framing everything. This takes a lot of precise cutting (glad I'm not doing it). Note the wall color just above the tiles - we'll extend this color up the walls.
